# Benutzerverwaltung

Auf dieser Seite erfahren Sie, wie Sie Benutzer zu Ihrer Organisation, Ihren Gebäuden oder Mieteinheiten hinzufügen können.

Verwalten Sie den Zugriff auf Ihre Organisation, Gebäude und Mieteinheiten. Hinzugefügte Benutzer erhalten Zugang zur Anwendung und sehen die ihnen zugewiesenen Räume. 

### Benutzer hinzufügen

Als Organisations-Besitzer bzw. Organisations-, Gebäude- oder Mieteinheit-Admin können Sie neue Benutzer zu Ihren Gebäuden einladen.

### So geht’s

Öffnen Sie die **Benutzerverwaltung**. Navigieren Sie zu der gewünschten Ebene mit den **Pfeilen auf der linken Seite**. Klicken Sie auf ***Anzeigen**.*

Solange die Person noch kein Konto hat, wird sie als Ausstehend angezeigt. Ausstehende Einladungen sind **90 Tage** gültig. Sobald die Person die Einladung annimmt, erhält sie Zugang zu den jeweiligen Gebäuden oder Mieteinheiten.&#x20;

Mit dem **Pfeil** können Sie die Einladung jederzeit erneut senden.

### Ebenen

Benutzer können auf verschiedenen Ebenen hinzugefügt werden:

* **Organisation**: Für Personen, die das ganze Gebäudeportfolio verwalten.
* **Gebäude**: Für Personen, die für ein bestimmtes Gebäude verantwortlich sind.
* **Mieteinheit**: Für Personen, die in einer Mieteinheit arbeiten oder wohnen und die Raumheizung steuern möchten.

### Rollen und Berechtigungen

Je nach Rolle unterscheiden sich die Rechte:

### Organisation

* **Organisations-Besitzer**: Volle Kontrolle über alle Gebäude und Benutzer. Kann nur von einem anderen Organisations-Besitzer entfernt werden.
* **Organisations-Administrator**: Kann alle Gebäude verwalten und neue Benutzer einladen.
* **Organisations-Mitglied**: Kann alle Gebäude verwalten, aber keine neuen Benutzer hinzufügen.

### Gebä**ude**

* **Gebäude-Administrator**: Kann dieses Gebäude verwalten und Benutzer einladen.
* **Gebäude-Mitglied:** Kann dieses Gebäude verwalten, aber keine neuen Benutzer hinzufügen.

### Mieteinheit

* **Mieteinheit-Administrator:** Kann diese Mieteinheit verwalten und Benutzer einladen.
* **Mieteinheit-Mitglied:** Kann diese Mieteinheit verwalten, aber keine neuen Benutzer hinzufügen.
